Google Docs service is still crucial for the search giant. The latest updates on the new chart types and many other ways to use the generated spreadsheet charts in other parts of Google Docs.
New Google Maps
As indicated in Google Docs Blog generated charts in Google Spreadsheets can now be displayed in four new ways. These methods are the candlestick chart, the chart combo(in the area that connects the lines, columns and standard lines), Geomap chart(which you can use Google Maps generated visual data show region specific), and the graph TreeMap(which allows you to show the proportions of the grid block). For the majority, however, an exciting change is the ability to copy graphs directly into Google document. To do this, follow these steps:
- Create the chart as normal.
- Click on the arrow to access the Actions menu next to the chart table.
- Select “Copy a chart.”
- Go to the document where you want to paste the chart.
- Click on the “Web clipboard” option from the top navigation of Google Docs.
- Click on the table name in the menu. This paste the clipboard to the current cursor position.
- Resize, rename, adjust the alignment, and otherwise customize the graph.

Why Matters Docs
Although Google fans can enjoy hearing the news so that it can be difficult to see how it relates to the world of SEO, or even search at all. But the reality is that Microsoft, Google fight is important on all fronts, and Docs is one of the most critical areas. Microsoft has long been among the world performance, but challenging Google's cloud efforts resulted in the first real wave of competition. If Google can provide a performance – particularly in business and educational environments – will win more loyal user of the brand in general. Microsoft, meanwhile, is the integration of Bing with the majority of their services and sell their search Office 365 is highly likely. Who wins the battle will yield a big dent in the search war as well.
